Listen, we’re big V. E. Schwab fans, so we’re always looking for books that make us feel the way theirs do. Take The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, which became an instant favorite book of ours. The characters, the passing of time, the grief, the heart. We loved it all. And often, V. E. releases a new book for us to devour. Most recently, we got Gallant, a book full of V. E.’s signature themes and style, with doors that take you somewhere else, a needing to belong, facing death and the beyond, and so much more. And it was everything we wanted.
